Sounds good Dylan - I get the feeling now we could get a lot of positive ideas out of this meeting , and if Paul from Ezylet has expressed an interest in listening to what we have planned for the coming season, then it just goes to show that there are people out there who are connected to the club, who believe that we really do have something to offer to the club as a whole.

I'm planning on getting to the Social at 6:45pm - so I'll hopefully I'll see you all then.

I've had an email from Trevor who does the Phoenix Club stuff and he said he will be there at 7pm but could come in earlier at 6:30 for us or to let him know if we want it earlier and he'll see what he can do - the only problem having it earlier is we don't know when people finish work. Ok, just got off the phone with Gaz.... 6:30 would be good Martin so if Trevor is happy to do that then that's great. For those who work later then it's not that much of a problem because they can join us a.s.a.p and we can fill them in on anything they might have missed.

Paul suggested we used the clubs facilities rather than looking around for a venue so thanx to him for that.

For all those who are intending on joining us for this meet can you please make sure that you think about any suggestions or ideas you have for the RBA prior to the meeting, this way we won't be wasting time scratching our heads for half an hour trying to come up with ideas. If you're the forgetfull type, jot your thoughts down on paper and bring them along with you so you don't miss your oppurtunity to have your say.  Alternatively, if you have an idea when you're reading this and think you'll forget to jot it down then make a brief note of it here..... any suggestions or ideas left here I will ensure make it to the phoenix club on friday

Having said that, if you don't have any ideas or suggestions still come along and voice your opinions on the suggestions of others, hearing other peoples ideas just might inspire you to some of your own.

Hopefully we can use the time we have wisely and put together some strong foundations for the RBA and it's future thus attracting more members and creating more excitement both home and away.

P.S. other than those already confirmed, can anyone else who is a definate for the meeting please clarify on this thread so we have an idea on numbers.

I'll be there, along with my Dad, and I think my brother is coming aswell.

However, working on the assumption there will be between 10-15 people attending, can I be the first to say.... I'm not playing rounds on friday night =)

I listed Frank lol, I wasn't sure about Alex however... Thanx for confirming though guys so It's looking like It's gonna be between ten and fifteen which is a better start than last time eh Frank!

Im still not 100% sure if Paul (ezylet) will be in attendance for the RBA meeting, Gaz spoke to him today and he's currently in spain yet he does seem to be showing a keen interest in the RBA which can only be a good thing.

Looks like it's gonna be a fairly decent turnout. You might even manage to sell some raffle tickets Gaz. If not we'll bully Jules into Buying them all.

You could have skimmed down the thread looking for some numbers.

Sorry Lads-something has come up last minute and I wont be able to make it, i seconmd Jnrs idea of putting a summary up-that would be brilliant!

Basically, the main point of the forum was to tell Gary to VISIT WWW.REDBLUEARMY.COM

for those rba members that could not make it, a couple of things that came up was  rba membership will still be £5 and we are looking to run our own rba coaches not with the suppoters club also looking at getting a stall set up near the east bank for rba membership, my self am looking at getting some rba car stickers made up for those who have cars more on that a bit latter.
