Right. I've printed off a load of forms so we can start recruiting. Will bring them along to the ground tomorrow for the game against Crystal Palace. Not sure if they're going to be OK or not but I got quite a few copies.
Don't see why they wouldn't be alright..... Can't you scan one onto the comp or maybe take a picture? and send it to your email then upload it if you're not to sure and then a few others might be able to give you a second opinion
