I think....

people are forgetting what the RBA was set up for in the first place.

I thought we all got along OK - coach/mini-buses were a right laugh.

Cambridge away coach, Shots were doing well, think we were top at that point, and we could barely get half a coach and then Tony paid for a lot of it (?).

Let's just remember what this is/was about - we're not any better supporter than those on the East Bank, North/South Stand - we seem to have got split for one reason or another.

I can only think of one or two reasons why it's gone a bit downhill this season and it's because of lack of organisation, no-one seems to want to take charge?

Is it fair of me to make these comments? I'm all for the RBA, don't get me wrong but something has to be done.

i agree with you martin, i think the rba has gone a bit flat this year for reasons i dont know, i think it would be a good idea to get all rba members to get together and have a long  meeting to see how we can improve the rba in some way, my son and have tried to do our bit with fridge magnets and car stickers and key rings and help out with displays if needed but we need everyone to stick together and push the rba forward.
ive only been a member for 2yrs and its been good fun so lets keep it going, comments from other rba members would be good.

           RBA   RBA   RBA biggrin

I think we need a leader some days but not others, theres pros and cons to each side but we cant just have any old matey, its got to be some one who is commited and knows what there doing!nI vote for an RBA meeting ASAP!

Erm, ballot, mate....

But, to be perfectly honest, I think we're doing just fine. Frank runs it. He handles all the cash, the travel (I think) and the website.

Me, Dan and Martin are doing displays, as Dave feels he doesn't have enough time for it. I think that's perfectly fair, and I will be holding onto all of the display material from now on.

And the rest, really, I guess just falls in to place...

I've got access to change the website too... ;)

If everything's ok, why is there not as many members as the last few years?

People don't want to be part of the RBA for one reason or another but as a whole the RBA is still as strong, we are building up funds and in my opinion we have more active members this year, ie people wiling to help out.
