if we were to organise a tribute to paul, how many would be intrested as paul was a reconised figure for the football team, paul donated all the kits apart from this year and done everything to help us out as most of you know and i know he was a great lover of cats so if we played how about raising the money for cats protection???????? it would be £5 per player on new years day because it would be respected and we could do the paul muddell trophy, i have in mind the old supporters team like, tony roberts, pugs, dennis, parish, simon, cotterill, shearer, chris terry, sims, jason, wayne mackay, simmo, noddy, bigsy. with the rba team as paul blundell, fatboy, frank, hindhead, copley, junior, tongham, mattfoot, steve moffatt, chappie, garzy, masters, and im sorry if ive missed anyone
This is a great idea. Paul did a lot to help get the Supporters Club team up and running, and then continued supporting us. He was present at the majority of our matches willing us on.
If it wasn't for Paul we wouldn't have the level of enjoyment, that I know we all get by pulling on that Shots shirt every so often to have a good game of football.
I'm in, and I hope many others of you will be too.
ive spoken to the club this morning and the club have informed me that this game cannot go ahead till after the woking game so we can arrange for pauls family to be there thankyou very much pugs.
Count me in. I am travelling back from Lytham on NY's day to get to game, so would have left at 6am to play in this (if it had been on NY's Day) Just advise when it will be (what about instead of playing Woeking for the Trophy game, then we can all still get over to Woeking in plenty of time?
as i stated at the top of the thread, im sorry if i forgot anyone but its been a bit hard as you know that me and paul were really good friends and its a shame to lose someone that you were close to.
