Very strange.

The bookies stopped taking bets at 11am, and theres less than a 1% chance of guessing the draw correctly.weirdface

Yeah,apparently the draw appeared on the internet 20 minutes before the live draw actually happened!confusedweirdfacehmm

It was a lot before that, on that forum, he posted the correct draw at 10:28, the draw was at 12:00-12:30?....
