As may well know, i've got a little something lined up for the home game vs W*king and have got at least 5 ideas for different displays next season. But I need your help! The RBA will hold many displays in the Eastbank over time to generate a bit of colour to spur the team on. If you have any ideas about what we could put on the let me know.
On to another idea; in future we're looking at purchasing 5.5/6.5m flag poles and although they're not aloud in the ground, we might be able to do something about it. My idea would be to close the section at the bottom of the Eastbank, from the advertising boarding to the first set of rails, and allow a hand full of people from the RBA to stand here. The drums could be located here for a start and then have the big fllags on poles situated in this area and so would not have the potential to whack someone on the head. If this was to happen, then more people would be further up the back and hopefully more noise can be generated! There would also be space to put any bigger flags used for displays, etc, in as well. I dont think this would be difficult to set up, I'm sure the club would allow it when they hear our plans to improve the atmosphere. What do you lot think?
I did have an idea by having some of the singers in the North/East Bank End to help get the atmosphere around the whole ground....I know they (North bank) do a little bit of singing sometimes but Hey! its an idea :)
like the idea alot FLAGBOY i was just thinking do you no what they have planned for the left side of the eastbank because the away fans can't go in there any more could you not put your flags on that side so they stand out more??
