From the start of the season, at home, we have been awesome, singing throughout 90mins, but today i think was poor, have no idea if it was due to frustration or people just couldnt be bothered.
Anybody know why it was so poor today, or is it just me being stumped?
Don't think it was great today but I've seen worse. Compared with Tuesday night it was poor though. Didn't help that the team didn't play well. Their keeper made two outstanding saves to deny us a point
i agree the atmosphere was poor, but when we got it going it was really good.
i guess like has been mentioned before, once we have nothing to play for people don't bother as much, and anyway when we have a ref whos so frustrating like the 1 today, it doesnt really encourage people to be upbeat and happy and get behind the team does it?!
It was bad because it was an end of season match against mediocre opposition, we have nothing to play for, the team didn't perform very well (again!) and I think a lot of people just weren't up for it. No suprise really.
