Separate sources have tonight confirmed the much vaunted rumour that Nikki Bull won't be seen again in a Shots shirt; with the final announcement going on the Official Website at 21:15.
Suspicious by his absence at all the pre-season games so far (albeit being seen in the stands) rumours had started to spread that he was trialling elsewhere. The announcement by John McGinty does little to inform the reader on which club he may join.
The nature of the announcment fuels speculation that his move is more related to the club trying to reduce wage overheads; rather than a transfer snatch'n'grab. Bull was midway through a 2 year deal - that was negotiated last summer amidst much fuss and press interest.
Bull made his Shots debut nearly 7 years ago at Hitchin Town in the Ryman Premier, and has since made 313 appearances for the club he grew to love.
AGREED! Nikki Bull has become a legend at this club in his 7 year presence and shall be extremely missed by all but no one will ever forget what he has achieved at the club. Thank You Nikki for everything you've done the the club!

shame, bully was one of my all time favourite players. good luck to him, shame i don't think too much of mikael though, could be finishing in the bottom third of the table this season and not because of bully going.
