I fancy getting a flag made up for Europe and Hibs's Irish pre-season tour. I'm wanting to do a green saltire, i know i could buy one but your talking at lease £100-150 for a hlaf decnt sized one, so can someone help? I dunno what material to buy and use? (and i'm going to but it "together" by wonderweb)
Your best bet is to go into a department store, like John lewis, and head to there fabric department. Most of the material will come at just over a metre wide and to whatever lenght you want. You'll be looking at about £2 a metre for it. If you've got any probs about anything, just ask them for help as i'm sure they'll put you on the right line.
