Anyone know a sewing machine engineer?

Got a problem with the sewing machine, and it really needs to be fixed ASAP.

Anyone know someone who can fix them? Or can anyone get me and the machine to Southall where they can fix it on Thursday afternoon?

Definitely is...I got my bearings all ****ed up, but Slough is right near the M4, inside the M25.
