Video...

Alright guys,

As you may or may not be aware, the RBA will be 5yrs old in March, and to help celebrate I will be putting together a video of the RBA / Aldershot fans over the last 5 years.

So, do you have a video that I might be able to use? The clip below will give you an idea of the kind of thing I'm going to produce and what type of videos I'm looking for - make sure you've got the sound up to get the effect of the vid!

Cheers in advance!

Al

If you really are looking for a mass of videos, you need to probably get in touch with a few different guys who have been renouned for having videos over the past few years.

Kappadeano, I'm sure you're aware of has both official and amatuer footage from pretty much every season since the RBA formed - I'm sure if you asked him to borrow some footage he would, I mean the videos that guy has of the likes of hereford/shrewsbury in the play-offs can't be seen anywhere else.

Cambs shot which I'm sure you're also aware of has a decent number of videos from the last couple of seasons, I think a few know him on here personally so I'm pretty sure he'd be more then willing to lend you some videos.

The Wellington Statue from LiveVideo was awesome, from the conference winning season he got some unreal videos of oxford/stevenage/woking home/weymouth - take a look at his profile there, he doesn't seem active anymore, which is a shame, but if you happen to know him his videos are excellent.

As much as it pains me to say it, you might need potter, I'm sorry but this guy has had his video camera at just about every aldershot game (he hasnt been banned from) he's been to, he has some unforgettable videos, he seems a bit arrogant nowa days and might not co-operate. He had HUNDREDS of videos on YouTube but they got deleted due to copyright, so he moved over to live video - *Clicky* - Other then the new york yankeeee crap, in amongst there is actually some pretty decent footage from Aldershot, if you could get in touch with him I'm sure he keeps it all somewhere, he has like 9 minute videos of games around the 2005/2006 time!

Then you just want to browse the likes of Youtube and find any videos that are of a decent quality, maybe ask about on shotsweb as there are a few guys (scorp? geezer-m8?) who have had a fair few videos last couple of seasons.

Guide on how to download youtube/other videos

Video from Grimsby that never got the publicity it should have;

EDIT: Try the Aldershot facebook page, that has some decent videos on it.
