That song is always funny. Does anyone remember at Basingstoke one year when we were singing Ernie Howe is a homosexual, and the lady in the snack bar complained and told us to stop singing it because she like Ernie!!

it would also be quality if someone could play the trumpet and we could replicate the england supporters band in the east bank,.

now that clarky is exactly what im getting at. somebody get a trumpet up the east bank and get behind our boys. i,ve just watched the great escape on the tele this afternoon and when that tune came on it sent a tinge down the old spine! ps i think the rba are doing a great job. wel done lads!

i couldnt agree more. great job by flagboy and the rest, cant wait to see the display they have planned for crawely if it is anything like working last year ("4-0 and your live on sky"), then it will be a great day out.

keep up the great work and we will get up to the top half of table where we belong!!

cummon lads, i've had 52 veiws about having a england style band up the east bank and not one person can play the trumpet. there must be someone out there that can play the great escape, by god we need it at the present moment.

yea, i cant believe it either. i used 2 know a few people that played it, but they are not really interested in football (dont know why). well we will just have to try and play it another way, you reckon flagboy or your son will give it a go? as we have to give the players the best ever recption when they run out on monday.

so come on every1 get every1 you know to come down to the rec and support the lads and lets get our season off and running a month later (better later then never)!

oh and there's only 1 way to go from here and that is up up and to league 2!!

Why do we need someone playing the Great Escape on the trumpet when we already have R&R Steve doing his thing in his snare drum...

its not that we need some, it would just be great to have it playing as we will be performing the great escape as we will go from the bottom to the top by christmas. . . as i assume its will be hard to play the great escape on a drum.

HAHA FAIR PLAY. Go for it dad. Take the drum with you.

Richard, just at this very moment, has said he doesn't mind me coming to football, so is the seat in Dave's car still available? I'll tell you on Monday night, if you don't get this message.

So maybe you won't be using the drum yourself after all?!?!?

UP THE SHOTS!!!!!
