I know he's a fairly young manager. However the passion and pride he has for his country is second to none! Let him manage some of the best players in the world and I'm sure he will do wonders for England!
Stuart Pearce for me as Mark Hughes proved for Wales you dont need experience and the passion he'll bring to side. With Allardyce in charge England well be more boring as they start to play the long ball.
Give the Stevenage Borough manager a chance. He is sheer class and deserves the opportunity. And I understand that he has probably not yet s*****d Faria!!

It was definately a toss up between stuart pearce and big sam but i'd opt for big sam and have stuart in line as sams successor. As for the long ball, im not so sure sam would use such a tactic if he had the quality the england squad contains to work with.

Yer, I agree with Dylan, in that you have to remember he has only managed Man City for about a season now if that so... Like we've all said he has the passion and pride to become successfull as a future England Manager without a doubt!
How about Paul Jewell (did anyone vote for him under others?) I know it's all a big fairy tale story for Wigan. However he has done extremelly well with what he has had to work with (no disrespect to Wigan player lol). Imagine what he could do with some of the worlds best players....
