Sunday

Are many of you travelling up on Sunday?

Dont expect anything from us, we're still in talks to try and get our dark ages safety officer to let us use poles in the ground.

All the best.

Afraid the coach is now cancelled due to the lack of interest, so there will be very few of us going. Being a 1:30pm kick-off on a sunday (what the **** is the point) and that we're playing utter ****e football, it will certainly put a few people off!

How about meeting up for a beer before the game Jorvik?

Aye, blame our financial director who has a fetish for moving games from Saturdays. So far this season, even Chelsea have played more Saturday games than us!

Its also a big day for the rugby league side, whom many City fans also support, hence the ridiculous kick-off time.

Aye I don't mind letting you buy me a pint! :) ;)

You should be so lucky with the abuse you've dished out over the past year or so!!

Only joking mate. I'm leaving Aldershot at 7 am with a car load so should be up there for around 11:30 ish i think. Will head to that pub near the away end for a pint before hand. No sure what the name of it is though.

Might we see your lot there?

You could always wear it as opposed to drink it? ;)

Do you mean the Burton Stone? Always traditionally been an away fans pub.

Cheeky!

Still not sure on the name, but if you've come out of the away end, and follow the road to the right and then take a left at the end, the pub is approx 100 yards on the right hand side? make any sense?

I'll be in the Social Club (about 5 yards away from the away entrance) Alex if you want to meet up. I'll have to do the GTA for a bit but if you fancy it then you'll see me around with a clipboard.
