"Popular former Shots favourite Roscoe D'Sane has joined Ryman League Premier division Wealdstone. The 26 year old, who made such an impact at the Rec, was an unused substitute in the Stones' 5-1 home reverse against AFC Wimbledon on Saturday afternoon; a match that attracted over 1000 spectators.
Roscoe, 26, arrived at the club in the summer of 2002 and he is trying to revive his career at semi professional level after suffering tendonitis in his knees at the start of his third season at the Rec; an injury that kept him out of first team action at the club since October 2004. He eventually departed late last year after a long battle against the injury.
His loss last season was immense as the club were unable to replace the 27 goal striker from the inaugural Conference season of 2003/04.
The club hopes that Roscoe is successful in his attempts to return to football and know that all supporters will be wishing him well too."
To be honest i thought it was about time he left he was at the club this long without playing but still getting paid but losing him could prove vital for next season R.I.P Roscoe
