as most of you know we started to travel away to play teams by a mini bus and you will be happy to know that my mate rod and brother in law glenn have got a deal on a minibus so we have a 17 seaster now,
which means a lot more people can go away,
he said they would be happy to take us to every game away from home
That is good news hopefully we can organise as many games possible to play next season as i is quite difficult to get teams down here to play as they have to leave quite early and rarely have enough players unless of cause you are kidderminister.
Hopefully I will be able to participate in more supporters games next season if there is enough spaces as I enjoyed the Rising Sun game a lot shame about my goal but it was a great game that deserved more.I think the Rising Sun pub team are deffinatetly a team we will need to replay.Tariq = Pure Quality

What makes you so certain that it is difficult to get teams down to Aldershot to play against us?
I have been organising the games for quite a while, and it is not necessarily the case that it is difficult to get them to come down, its just sometimes circumstances dictate that it isn't really feasible. They do want to play us, but with Supporters games unfortunately as much as you want to play every team you possibly can, sometimes you have to be aware that it isn't always possible.
For example, last season we played Tamworth first game of the season, then another team that we have played in the past is Crawley. However we couldn't play them because the game was on a Monday night, and some people have to work. Other example of that were Hereford was midweek, Canvey Island was midweek and Accrington was midweek.
Then there are other problems too. Stevenage for example sometime play Supporters games. However, a large number of their regulars had other commitments that day, that I won't go into. Woking were going through a transition period with their team.
Then there were a couple of games that we did not get, as a result of fault on my part.
Like I always say, I love playing football, and I will try my best to get in contact with as many of the other team organisers as I can and get games, however you have to be aware of the circumstances.
Well done Rick...I think it will be really good to try and get the minibus for all the away games. Its better then just 3/4 of you in a car! So..heres to many more good laughs like the Kiddy and Gravesend day trips.
Good work there Pugs, even if we aren't able to organise a supporters game away from home we should make use of the mini bus to every away game, except when an RBA coach has been arranged.
As soon as the fixture list comes out, we'll make decisions early as to which games a coach will be arranged for and which games a mini bus will be used for.
