Yeah i am trying to change the picture here under my name......

Frank / Alex any ideas where the save button has gone????

The save button has now returned :o) But i now have another question....... Sorry Guys, Does anyone know how to change the size of a picture?????

I know i am useless.....

The way I've been doing it is on paint, and just scaling down the picture. I'm sure there's another way, but I'm that simplistic, I can't be bothered to find out...

how could you do that FATBOY when the avatar cannot be accepted as a .bmp image as all images are after theyve been edited on paint

I agree with Fatboy - just use Paint - Here's what i'd do:

Click on the Start Menu
Select All Programs
Select Accessories
Click on Paint
Click on File and then Open
When the Open Dialog Box appears locate the file you wish to reduce and click the Open button
With the image displayed in the Paint program click on the Image menu option and then click on Stretch/Skew
The Stretch/Skew window has two options in the Stretch section Horizontal and Vertical
Enter a number less than 100 into both the Horizontal and Vertical fields
Be sure to enter the same number into both fields.
Entering different numbers will change the shape of the image.
Repeat steps 7 - 10 until the desired image size is achieved
Do not make the image larger than the sample image below
To save the image Click File
Click Save As
Name the file in the File Name field
Select JPEG(*.JPG, *.JPEG, *.JPE, *.JFIF) in the Save As Type field
Click Save button

You obviously don't know how to save in different formats!
