We are what sets this club apart. Just ask anyone who goes to a 'run of the mill' conference game and then an Aldershot game and ask them what the difference is.
They will tell you 'chalk and cheese'. There is no atmosphere until Aldershot is playing.
As someone said in a previous thread, the ones who have the right to moan are the Stevenage, Halifax etc fans. Think about this time last year, we are in a far better place, and hopefully this team will only get stronger.
I know that we are going up this season, and I am so sure that I have put a shed load of money on it. There is still a long way to go and Oxford will have a wobble at some point. If it is not as Champions, then it will be a fantastic day out at the play off final. Whatever you do, never lose the faith or passion, and always keep singing, that is why we are the envy of the entire Conference.
If you ever start to doubt, just think of the Carlisle 2nd leg and how 600 fans took that game to extra time and penalties with 'Come on you Shots'...what a night!

Is it just me that is more than happy with 4th thats a play off place And with the team we have got there is a very strong chance of winning the play offs this year.You look at the performance of weymouth and dagenham when we played them.We all know on a good day with a full squad we could beat them!I know we could be doing better if we got these silly results but we are not falling behind by a lot and that means when aldershot do gell and reach there full strength we can make them few points up!4th place and playing half decent is greatBut some seem to missing the point

look we probably wont win the league but play-offs is a definite we can win those we proved it in 03/04 (got to the final) and 04/05 (beat carlisle and lost on pens again) we can win thie play-offs easy but need to avoid penalties
