Before Terry wastes all our available money on one player who I still don't think will solve all our problems I think he should perhaps think about buying a whole new squad!
Don't think thats neccessary for a WHOLE new team. Just need strengthening at RIGHTBACK, PACY CENTREBACK, DEFENSIVE MIDFIELD(Unless Newman plays there, instead of CB) and PERHAPS a striker like JD but I'm not bothered.
So who would you have in their place? All fair enough saying who you would and wouldn't have, but you need to have replacements, and how to get them! Money doesn't grow on trees! People talking about buying Stuart Thurgood, Jonny Dixon, whoever....
I agree with you, as a club we don't have much money at all and can't buy all the big stars but to be honest some of the signings at the start of the season were poor

Molesley - is meant to be a box to box centre midfielder but only seems to be a box to halfway line midfielder who then either loses the ball or runs out of steam, sadly still conference south standard.
Soares - is quality on a occasions but has more bad days than good days, not consistant enough.
Edwards - no pace, rubbish in the air for someone who is over six foot and all he does is hoof the ball from the back.
Newman - thought he looked good at Reading a couple of seasons ago when I watched a few matches but really can't handle the pace of the conference, does quite well at centre back but gets over run and knocked off the ball too easily in the middle of the park.
Smith - the Dean who we had in the past was much better (yes I mean Mr Hooper), this guy doesn't look intrested in any matches he plays.
finally a positive point: Grant - not a striker who has a bundle of tricks and skill but always rated him and we just need to play to his strengths (by this I mean not hoofing the ball up the park) Johnny needs whipped crosses he can get on the end of.
Gayle - when the team are doing well he is class but when the team are playing poorly he doesn't seem intrested and is hardly ever the first line of defence
At the start of the season our manager made it quite clear he built a team which he thought would get in the play off's and possible challenge for the title, so why are we heading in the same direction as last season?
We're 11th with two games in hand which could take us up to 7th obviously depending on other results. Then if we were to get to 7th we're only TWO points of a play off place. How we're "heading in the same direction as last season" the points don't really add up for your argument.
Alton Shot..... your so predictable....... As soon as we've lost a game or had a bad performance you come on here slagging off the team! I bet if we don't loose 2moro you'll be on here singing their praises again!
Also, how can you name a squad for 2moro if according to your comments TB should get rid of most of our players! You've named half of them in your starting 11!!!
Perhaps you should take over as manager and we could enter a 5-aside league!!!
