Nice I think they derserve it.And I think a lot of people will disagree but they have been under a lot of stress recently from fans and because of there poor peformances they have had nothing to motivate them (apart from the RBA singing non stop) but hopefully they use it as "team bonding" and finally start playing together and showing some belief were getting there and the last few matches have been better but we know this aldershot team could do a lot more and I know itll take more than a snow fight to kick into gear but maybe with a small run and the team all working together oxford could be the start of a good run lets hope!
