This one would be quite difficult but a card display. I don't know what it would say but it would be great to try and pull it off.

I was thinking a card display like accy did but turn it shots colours and show them how to do it by having the whole of the eastbank prper loads! It wouldnt take that long to sort out and FLAGBOY is not needed so any suggestions for matches? I'm sure woking will already have one so what you think?

Just thought of something with the rba's huge reputation if we didn't get it right then it would look really bad and you wouldn't want to ruin all of the work that has been put in by doing 1 bad display maybe we should wait till alex has time or try it what are your thorts people?

We are The RED BLUE ARMY not the FLAGBOY ARMY I personaly think that we should start doing stuff as well as him. (Dave Beck and me have already started and although you may laugh at the attempts atleast it is there) The card display idea is a good one and should be taken into consideration but I dont think it shoyul be down to !Flagboy! and shpould be an RBA effort! On that note it would be hard to do in the terrace as you cant garuntee that people will have card and they will hold it up in the right place. Seats are better for this ie. when we go to another all seater or where we are in seating!

It wouldn't ruin all the work for the other good displays. It would also prove to those (*cough*Jorvik*cough*) on the Ultras UK forum that FLAGBOY doesn't need to be present in order for the RBA to be present.

If it goes wrong, it goes wrong. We can learn what to do/not to do for the next time.

It's good that you (Dan) and Dave have had a go at creating your own flags/banners. They will only get better as time goes on and you get more practise.

last year stevenage away we did a display and flagboy wasnt there and we went round london with our 2-sticks and got loads of gd pics.

Those Pics are quality and i reckon 2-sticks look great that we should use them more often!

what about Red flag and a Blue flag the size of the east bank from top to bottom about 2 or 3 man wide about four of each colour im sure others wouldnt mind joining in and holding them up while the team run out. would be idel for away games aswel

when me noz and garzy did a few days in weymouth before the game flagboy gave us sum money 2 buy one so the RBA do have a flare.

and flagboy has set one off before anyway.

The perfect plae to do it would be southport, not a big crowd, no roof, concert everywhere,, no where to burn down!

Yeah boys I recon a flare has gotta be done. If you still have the 1 your talkin bout then I will volunteer to let it off at the Woking game. Obviously its gotta be at a night game and as its will be a massive game with great atmosphere would be really affective.
Its a risk as if caught but I've got the bottle if no1 else up 4 it.

Well I'd imagine some kind of ban but I ain't planning on getting caught! Eastbank will be packed so if I'm in middle of lots people they won't get to me quick.....they can't arrest you for it can they? just get ejected??? would have to do towards end of game especially if we r beating the scum! maybe as final whistle goes?

Not being funny but what we have planned to do at a game shouldn't be discussed until the game is actually upon us and not on here either - Should be kept a surprise!

If FATBOY is correct and officials ect look on here speak on the ultras bit only certain people are aloud on that arn't they?

Its a shame flares arn't aloud at games as they really add to the atmosphere. With all the health and saftey these days there's no chance of them ever being aloud.
Yeah prob not a good idea to discuss on here.....perhaps we could arrange a meeting sometime before game to organise display?

Card displays are easier on all seated grounds, so maybe it would be a good idea if we done one at a forthcoming away game which is all seated and knowing that we might bring a few to that away game. It would be much easier than doing it on terraces.

Woking at home would be good, then may be again when were in the playyoffs. Home and Away.

The displays don't all have to be done this season. We could pick an idea now and do it at the very end of the next season (just an example) - Unlikely to happen though.

I think we should do something for the York game with them having the 'Jorvik Reds'.

I have to agree. That's why I thought doing a card display would be most relevant, because they tried one last year.
