Let's get everything sorted for the red blue army 2007/08 season.

Keep a date open for a meet in JUNE - Wednesday or Thursday night

Dates:
Wednesday / Thursday
6th or 7th
13th or 14th
20th or 21st
27th or 28th

Subjects: (Who's "in charge" of what?)

> Membership / Money / Bank Account(s) (USE of the RED BLUE ARMY account!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) 
> Away travel (Do it OURSELVES, through club = BORED and SHARED coaches 
> Website
> Anything else you want to bring up

Just remember, we need to keep our INDEPENDENCE from the club.

Meet likely to happen up at Aldershot so we'd have to book it up? So, the sooner you can give a date or set of dates that you're available, the better.
We'd like to know who would be interested in actually helping with things that aren't usually seen. I'd like to see a few older heads there aswell *COUGH* Dylan, Bazzer, Alex and Frank Drew and Tony (Bagshot Bob) and Shearer (??)*COUGH* plus Garzy, Copley, Dan Rog, Dave, Fatboy, Matt, Tongham and anyone else who usually helps out or would like to start helping.   
(Sorry if I missed anyone's name off, that's all I could think of at the time)

We need to sort this BEFORE pre-season so lets get going, please!!!

I may well be working by then, which will be in the evenings I think. Therefore I wouldn't be able to attend. However, I'm sure I can put my input in somehow, and if I'm not then working, I'll be there anyway.

There never really was one though was there?

I suppose it just faded but in my opinion wasn't really there in the first place - we said we would get a meet but I don't believe that ever happened (?).

This makes it sound as though it will be both days - its NOT. It's just easier to get an idea of when people would be available. So far it's looking to be the Wednesday or Thursday of the 20th or 21st.

Umm yes there is every point!

If we don't do this then to be honest there won't be much of an "RBA" next season :(

We need different people doing different things and we need it to be set up properly!

If somebody informs me of the decided date then I'll try and make sure I can come along. However, I'm not gonna openly commit myself to something unless it's all done properly this time! as Gaz stated, the last time this was all suppose to happen it never really did.

Exactly and that's why that has to change!

We do need some older heads there though and Alex, Frank and Tony to come along as they are the guys that have been behind what the RBA had become and they need to pass the info they have on.

where are we all gunna go wen we do meet we cant just stand on a street corner it mite allready say where we r suppose 2 b meeting bt i cant b botherd 2 look throught it all again lol if its not then we should see if we can get the phoenix club open or summin all the money for drink and stuff would help the club dont you then we can discuss everything whilst being in the place where we are likly to use all of our plans

Will try and make it for wednesday 20th - but would it not be an idea to do it on the friday evening before the fans forum at the social club on the 22nd? I believe the forum starts at 8:00 - so why do't we just all meet beforehand at say 7:00? Just an idea...

I think that's actually a better idea. We can use the room for free because it will already be open, and most people will be there for the fans forum anyway, so why not?

So that's 3 in already, and I'm sure Alex will be able to make it aswell. Who else is in?

Some of the things I reckon we need to discuss are...

  • The RBA in general and where we see it going next season.
  • The Website and how it should be run and who should do it.
  • The Displays - and how much money should be put into them.
  • Money - who should look after it, where we're gonna get's some in, etc
  • Membership scheme - how can we improve it.
  • Travel - encouraging more fans to travel with us next season - the more fans, the more RBA trips.
By the way, if you haven't been to a fans forum before - it's well worth it. Plus, i'm sure it'll be interesting what the new manager's got to say.

Then once it finishes, maybe we'll head over to the Beehive for a few.

What do you reckon?

would it be a good idea to have an rba stall just out side the east bank and try to get suppoters to join the rba and to sell merchandise, i think it would be better than suppoters trying to find some 1 in the the east bank to join,
its just a thought, it might be agood idea or a bad idea,ideaconfused
