Just got home, really glad with an important 3 points and the pressure is now on Torquay to beat Burton on Monday.
However I was very dissapointed with those hooligans in the Aldershot end who insisted on chanting nasty things at opposition players and officials, also the language used. All that noise was distracting me from doing what I love to do most, analyse the game. If people want to sing and make noise, go and watch a thug sport like Rugby or join a Kareoke club. Thanks to these inconsiderate youths I couldn't concentrate on the game enough to give an accurate rating out of 10 for Rob Gier's performance.
Also I hope that the poster known as FATBOY is banned both from this forum and Aldershot Town matches in general. I thought it was disgraceful when he replied on a post advertising the supporters club coach, and said that there was an alternative coach going. He was trying taking money from the club in an attempt to boost the funds for that hooligan group, RBA I think they call themselves, and all this was an advert to get these noisy people to the game. Less noise, more concentrating and giving the players instructions please. I have indentified who this character known as FATBOY is and I observed him in today's game. He kept on shouting "Yarp" at the linesman on the near side, and was the ring leader for all the noisy ones who put me off watching my game of football. If you are reading this, don't come back to Aldershot, all this noise does is distracts the real supporters from concentrating fully on the game, and the players can't hear me moaning at them as you and your hooligan friends don't stop chanting.
I'm sure that many others had the same problem as I did, and I hope the police act immediatley and ban these so called "supporters" from our club.

Well,after reading the comments left after Wob's little wind-up,I have come to the conclusion that 50% of the people on their took this joke well,whilst the other 50% took it badly. They also seem to have mixed feelings towards the RBA. I saw a few people saying that they believed that the RBA made ALL the noise etc,etc Yet,at the same time there was many completly slating the RBA. I do not believe that the RBA makes ALL the noise,but I do believe that they make a very big contribution,and without the banners etc,etc, the Eastbank wouldn't be as good as it was. I'm not saying it was crap before hand(not that I'd know),but that it seems really good now. Basically I think that people have taken Wob's joke to heart,and decided to cause a bit of a fuss. I,personally,found it very funny. . .but that's possibly because I understood what he was talking about. Let's just hope it all blows over. . .
God some people are incredibly gullable on that website.
