Let's get closer.....

No, I don't mean together,  I mean to the title! We're so close! Tonight I think I realise we are poised for the title. They're saying it on the Conference forum, they're saying it on the terraces. I think we've done it now.

So then, what can we do to celebrate? What display should we do on the final day?

What pub(s) are we taking over? Or will we just go back to Chappie and Lees with a few cases of beer?

How quick will Lee get over the barrier to storm the pitch, what with all his experience?

WE'VE BEEN WAITING LONG ENOUGH. LET'S DO THIS IN STYLE.

One big display at our last HOME game

and another big display at Rushden that covers most of their away end. Congratulating the WHOLE TEAM...Going to need to be BIG and ARTY and needing to start soon. So let's hope we don't mess it all up.

Card display at Rushden?

I had an idea for our first game in the football league, but I'll put that in the member's forum, you never know who might be reading ;)

I say Lee will stack it,

Hel try and go for about 5 - 10 seconds and get a lace caught on the barrier and break his nose.

20p says he will stack it.

Rushden has compusory seating Gaz, so it would be a hell of a lot easier to do than with a terrace.

I have no idea how many seats they have, however. I'll get on the e-mail to them and find out, to see how much paper we would need.

How the hell do you know that?

I can get card for 2p a piece, however, I'm not sure I can get it in bulk as it's only from the college shop. But that much paper would only come to £48 at Rushden.

That's what it's got down on the conferencegroundguide website. So that's not definitely correct.

As Fatboy points out in his original post, there are two elements that need to be planned (should we be lucky enough to win the league)
1. the displays
2. The party

you guys do a great job on the displays, and I think cards at Rushden would work brilliantly
Party?  has to be a bit of scenario planning here - depending on whether we win it (should we be lucky enough to do so) at home or away, Saturday or midweek.
Worst possible option in near future (but for me the most likely) is Ebbsfleet away - that would make a London celebration the only option after a train to Waterloo.  The rest would be a lot easier
If it goes as far as Exeter, it may have to be a RBA away night in Exeter!
Enough of the dreaming, lets get the points in the bag and make it a certainty!

They'll open the whole stand, we'll be up there in our drones, especially cos we're lifting the title there.
