travel lodge rooms have to be paid in advance without a refund if you dont turn up. premier travel inn rooms are paid for on arrival. cannot check in till 2 pm and out by midday the follolwing day

if there is enough to warrent another mini bus i cant see there being a prob but you will need a driver as im staying up over night and so is minty i think. you need to speak to alex or frank about that,

I am happy to drive up so this will create more space in the mini bus for non-players who still want to go out for the pre-Xmas party warm up
I know there are names missing from the list below - but it was done from memory, so please just add a post to the thread and we will get you in the right list!

I think we really need to establish who is staying over for the night and who would like to come back the same day.

I don't mind what i'm doing tbh as long as we take a good team to play in the morning and we get the 3 points in the afternoon smile

Not staying the night... Jason, Bighead, Enkaypee, atfc adam, Chivvy?

Maybe everyone bar Jason could go up on the mini bus and if Jason would be so kind - chuck him some petrol money perhaps, he could drive Bighead, Adam, Chivvy and Enkaypee back home after the game?!

I don't know if my numbers are right? I'm just trying to work things out to suit everyone.

Tony your probably be better than me at organising who goes on the mini bus and who doesnt etc... would you mind working it out for me. lol

I'll be driving up on my tod in the morning so will have 3 spaces in my car to take people home after the game; that's if you wouldn't mind contributing about £5 towards petrol.
