Today, I believe was a massive high point, for the RBA, and the East Bank support as a whole.
Chanting was incredible. 90 minutes, full of singing, and an atmosphere very much welcomed back that I haven't seen in a while! Absolutely brilliant today. And the Dale Cavese was rocking! Definitely the best we've had so far.
But it wasn't all about that. The fact that after, we had plenty of people stay back not only helping fold the banners up, but tidying up the East Bank also. I honestly don't think you'd see this kind of spirit anywhere in the country.
This has been a culmination of a hell of a lot of work from a hell of a lot of people. And every single person counts. Long may it continue!
Agreed Ben Quality performance all round - great atmosphere 2nd half Thanks to the army of people that stayed to help clear up - Mike even brought his own bin liner!!
Agreed, decent enough performance, CRACKING support, only thing is the attendence didn't get past 4000, only just scraped past the 3000 mark.
AND why was the luton end extended and our end decreased! aren't we suppose to be the home team
Neither of them points bother me to be honest, 1pm kick-off, united liverpool, both on a poor-ish kind of run, was never going to be the biggest attendance of the season.
With regards to our end being decreased keep it that way! - It seems like we are normally a million miles way from the netting making it harder for the two groups of singers to co-ordinate and sing as one sometimes, now we are directly next to each other and I honestly believe the second half was one of the, if not the best atmosphere so far this season!

I didn't think the Luton end was increased, the Green rope was moved along to move the two sets of fans further apart. This was better cos everyone was closer together, and created a better atmposphere.
The Luton end definately wasn't incresed because the fence was their. However a great atmosphere. We were never expecting to get anywhere near 4000 for the points beau stated.
Fantastic day! really enjoyed it. Best atmosphere since Bradford home imo. Great to see the East bank rocking again. What a contrast from Morcombe. Well done to everybody
the attendance doesn't matter really, the most important thing is we managed to get behind the team who brought in another 3 points and hopefully this win will encourage even more people to turn up next time!
What at great day! Thanks to all the nice people we met before, during and after the game. Especially Chappie who sorted out the tickets and brought us to the core of the singing fans in the East Bank. You lot have some great songs! Maybe some of them will be used on our terraces when our season starts in April.
Glad you enjoyed your first Shots match Tore. No probs about the tickets. Sorry I had to leave straight after the game and couldn't join you for a pint. Had to get my step daughter back as she had a party to go to. Hopefully meet up if you ever come again. Cheers.
(Please note that two teams are directly promoted to the top tier. Teams placed 3-5 are in playoffs with the team third from bottom in the top tier. The last four teams are relegated to the 2. div.)
