Non RBA member here (not yet anyway!) but I'll be going tomorrow night with 5 others and want to be somewhere amoungst the singers/atmosphere, and of course being somewhere near the RBA. :)
Anyway might I make a suggestion. At Bristol rovers away fans are allocated a small uncovered terrace on the side of the pitch (clearly going to be useless for creating an atmosphere) and a small covered stand behind one goal. Details here http://www.footballgroundguide.com/bristol_rovers/
Might I suggest that we all gather in the seats behind the goal. There are so many reasons for this. a. its behind a goal which is my prefered view of a football match. b. the photo shows its a low roof so looks good for atmosphere. c. according to this http://www.theshots.co.uk/newspage.ink?nid=31335&newstype=t&matchid= the price is the same regardless of sitting or standing. d. the terrace is uncovered, dreadful for atmosphere, and we'll get wet if it rains.
It was great fun when we did something similar at woking in that trophy match.
yep, same price. I've just checked rovers official site and says the same as the tool. £12 adults and £7 concessions regardless of whether standing or sitting! :)
Rovers site also says that for cup games away fans get 506 seats in the stand. I'm predicting we'll bring approx. 400-500 tonight so if we all go in the stand we should be able to create a good atmosphere!
