We would need to get permission to use rba funds then. Did last years get binned then? Surely could have been fixed and saved money. Can someone start a new thread so we can put names down to see how much interest. Put me down obviously.
Ok jax spoke to darryl via facebook and he still has trophy. He is coming back on 9th june for couple of weeks and would like to play again. I was thinkin of putting it back to june 12th. This is the first day of the world cup but the first game isnt until 8pm so wouldnt clash with our event. Id go for a half 12 start time again lookin to finish around 5pm. Id suggest we stick to the same captains as last year if they are both happy to do it. Then it will be a case of putting the other names in a hat and drawing them out at random. Ill start another thread when i get a chance for people to put their names on. (On mobile now) Chappie
Why not try a draft this year? One at a time, people are picked by each captain on here, one a day the week beforehand (or something along those lines)? Saves messing around with a draw, the picks will be fair (because I assume captains would pick on ability, or I will be any way) and will be more interesting?
Yes that's a much fairer way. We'll go for that. It ended up a bit one sided last year. I'll start a new thread so people can start putting their names down as its only 5 weeks away. Please don't put your name down unless you are sure you will turn up.
