Flagboy i would be interested in how you get your photo next to ur name on here because i ave to say it looks very affective if everyone does it as seen on some of the over football forums please reply asap and by the way the new forum looks great good idea!
Click on your name that you can see in the box at the top right of the screen. In the new menu that appears, go to Edit Profile (which is situated at the top right). Then scroll down to Avatar and upload whatever pic you want.
