To the greatest shots fan i ever had the pleasure to meet, you were like a brother to me, i will always remember you, love you mate sleep tight, till i see you again, Aldershot till we die!!, love and best wish's to jax soph and danny,,,
Rest in peace mate - I will never forget the tour of the 92 league grounds we did together, in particular the moment you had Tonesy scared out of his wits in the passenger seat and running 4 red lights in order to get your gearbox-stricken car safely to the Warrington Travelodge - the look on Tonesy's face at the end of it was priceless. You will be sorely missed.
RIP Chappie, I can only echo what's already been said..... You were one of a kind and you will be missed by so many, like Frank I will always remember some of those crazy moments that took place during the 92 league ground tour. You were an amazing bloke with a heart of gold and the eastbank will never be the same again. My thoughts and prayers are with Jackie, Sophie and Danny xxxxxxxxx

An inspiration to all, and a good friend to many, the most passionate Shots fan and a strong character in the Eastbank, you shall never be forgotten! I believe he was the proof of the RBA motto, often outnumbered, never outsung. Thoughts are now with Jackie, Sophie and Danny in this hard time.
I am lucky enough to have known Chappie since I was about 5 or 6 as we grew up a few streets away from each other in Hartley. Lost touch with him but bumped into him at a Shots game about 7-8 years ago and caught up again. I am devastated and thoughts with his family. I know his Son was everything to Chappie and its heartbrealking to know they are apart. Chappie was always the first to get the chants going when we conceded and the Eastbank will be worse off for his absence.
Erm...I don't understand? What happened? I just don't know what to say. A great friend taken away from us, Rest in peace fella, I suppose they need someone to lead Heaven FC from the terraces...
So, soooo ****in' sad. A TRUE Aldershot RBA legend. One of the originals... & one of the BEST! Chappie.... a friend & a genuine nice person. Can't believe it. We are going to really, really miss you mate.
such sad news, There is no words I can say to say how Gutted I am for his family. He was a Great mate and one of the most passionate shots supporters i have ever met.
Known Chappie awhile now but only recently he's been inviting me along to Aldershot games and now I've lost my football buddy and xbox gaming pal..
R.I.P

Echo all of the above thoughts - he was one of them people who would take the time to say "hello" and make you feel "one of the gang" and although I only knew him from the football, he felt like a mate.
Really shocked by the news and my thoughts are with his family and the rest of you guys who knew him.
The Shots have lost a true supporter and the East Bank will never be the same again :(
Still in shock, only saw Chappie last at the Sheffield Wednesday game and now this! I don't know why or how it happened, all I know is the RBA will NEVER be the same without Chappie. Any game he would shout and sing himself hoarse by the end of the match and was a true legend. You will never be forgotten mate. RIP.

Sorry I have not been on here for while and have just seen this terrible news. One RBA member did mention on the ultras uk forum that a top Shots lad had passed away but only now have I seen who it was. I have only been able to go to a few Shots game in the past few years (living in Tenerife) but I remember seeing Chappie getting up on a crowd barrier to start a song off at a game I was at and I recognised him from pictures on the RBA forum.
Very sad and it hits home as the same fate occured to one of my best friends very recently out here in Tenerife.
