The Prodigy!

Went to Brixton Academy last night to see the legendary Prodigy! What can i say but they were ****ing awesome! Probably the best live act there is around. They played for over 2 hours with all the classics such as 'No Good', 'Their Law', 'Out of Space', 'Charlie' etc.

If anyone even thinks about going to see them you must! You'd be amazed by them.

Hahaha, are you joking!!! I was at Reading a few years ago when Prodigy were there. I left because I thought they were ****. My friends who were also there (but not with me) also left about half way through their set because they were ****. Also there were many many other people who were just walking out and leaving because it was so crap.

Best live act??? You really need to go to more gigs!!!

Maybe because Reading is for the longer haired inbreads who worship anyone with a guitar?

Reading is not the right crowd for the Prodigy and so wouldn't be appreciated as much as others? Coinsedently, one of the support acts last night was a heavy metal band who got showered with bottles, coins, glow sticks, bottles of piss, etc, and left after just 5 mins on stage! Hillarious! As the lead singer left he said 'go to hell ****ers' and even more was chucked at him! Brilliant!

I'll admit, it's all down to peoples taste as to whether you, like a certain band/group. But the Prodigy are just the dogs balls!

Thats not true that we worship anyone with a guitar...one gig that I went to the support band was a band called Raging Speedhorn, who are a metal act, and they got bottled etc off the stage because they were ****.

It does depend on musical taste as to what live bands you like...in just over a week though I am going to see a couple of bands that are definately going to be awesome....Oasis and the Foo Fighters.

I have seen plenty of awesome live acts though...Velvet Revolver, Placebo, InMe etc...

Oasis would be good!

But Jase, the Prodigy are one of my top bands so of course i'm going to love seeing them on stage! You'd feel the same about your favourite band and at the same time i'd say they were ****e!

Well enjoy your future head-banging gigs!

Just out of interest, do you remember who the support band were that got bottled off??

I quite like the prodigy.... but it has to be said that their very first material is so much better than their more recent stuff.

"The Prodigy Experience" is by far the best album they ever did release IMHO.
