Let him go. He is draining resources, and we can't mount a decent promotion challenge with him grabbing on to the ATFC coat tails.

Give him one more chance. If he slips up again, let him go. That way, we've given him enough time to recover.

I'd give him one more chance personally...however if he doesn't return soon then I think it's unlikely that he ever will.


Also, I think I'm right in saying the current contract Roscoe's on isn't costing the club much at all, so we don't really have much to lose on taking another chance on him.
