"1 year ago to the day (15th March 2005) Clarrie passed away prior to the Basingstoke Cup Match.
Over the past year, the Club, friends and family have been very supportive to Clarrie's wife and daughters.
Flagboy, it still makes his grandsons day to see Grandads flag in the Eastbank, and he is proud that his Grandad is still present at the ground.
To you all, the Club is not just about the team on the pitch, as raised in other places, the Club is something we are all part of, and I am sure it would have been a more difficult year without the support of Aldershot and their fans.
