Do you think there should be a transfer window in the conference because I don't I think its useless infact all Transfer Windows are useless

I suppose in a way Transfer Windows are useless but you need them but just in the premiership though because Chelsea will turn it inside out trying to get players (CHARGE EM £6mil 4 BULLY)
