probabley not, think everyone forgot about him, however if i was england manager and that was my full time job i would have certainley looked into it and would of had the chance to speak to wenger about it! so having said that i probabley would (depending on what wenger said of course)
sven oviosly sees that theo has skill and i reackon it could work because other countrys dont no about him so they wont now how to deal with him. but i reackon wright phillips should be in it!!!
