Cambridge Coach

I don't know how anyone else feels on this topic, but I'm afraid that someone had to say something.

Drinking on the coach. I think most people knew that the club strictly prohibited drinking on the coach. Fair enough, it is the law, and we must abide by the law like everyone else. Everyone drinks, however breaking the rules yesterday made for poor viewing whilst yesterday.

A.D and Jacko at each others' throat for a reason I don't know about, was in my eyes inevitable. Something is eventually going to happen, and it just happened to yesterday. It was claimed by !FLAGBOY! that drinking would be cut down to a 4 can minimum, and yet people still defy the club, or the RBA.

I'm not sure what could happen to the RBA in punishment, but if the club is to find out that drinking is still happening on the coach, then I'm guessing we'll have to run our own coach for a higher cost per head, or maybe even not run coaches at all. I love travelling with the RBA, however it may not go on much longer with the outright defiance of the club.

For the good of travelling to see Aldershot Town Football Club, this is an issue that must either be enforced, or reiterated.

understand what your saying mate but putting that topic on here was not a good idea incase someone from the club see it. you should just say at the games mate. That what i think on it anyway.

very well said fatboy, fair enough alot of people (including me) like to drink on away days but after exeter (elvis and craig) and cambridge(aide and jacko) maybe its time to think about not drinking at all, i know alot of people say they need drink to enjoy an away day but if the RBA is court out with drink on the coach then we may have to organis our own coach's which will cost alot more and won't be as often.........think about it everyone, i know i have

This is a difficult subject. We all like a drink, myself included but when it means breaking the law and risking the club stopping our coaches I think it has to stop. Personally I am gonna stop drinking on the coach and wait till we get to a pub at the ground in future. Obviously Friday nights **** up would of put a stop to that but at least it would of saved me some £s!!!! Anyway I'm sure we can sort this out amongst ourselves.....no need to write a letter to the club or anything!!!! Do agree though that as its against the law drinkin on the coach must stop.

well if it wasnt a friday night we could of gone to the pub!!! but rules are rules you got to stick to them but i think if people do take drinks no more than 4 because i think thats ok but if any repeat of cambridge its a 100% no to alchol.
