Ok, so I may be a little critical here, and at the expense of kicking up a fuss, I'm going to take a look at what's happened so far...

I honestly think Terry Brown's time is up. We have just drawn to the side who are bottom of the league. This is unacceptable, considering that we were expecting a championship season just a few months ago.

The F.A Cup is our only chance of any positives this season, realistically. We struggled against Chelmsford away, and by the looks of things, they will be no pushover Tuesday night. If we get through them (which, at the moment, seems distant), we have another tough tie against Basingstoke. Last time we played them I believe, they beat us in the Hampshire Cup. And before that, they beat us 3 - 0 in the Ryman League. Not an easy side to play usually, and if we get to the 2nd round, this will be no exception.

Why are we playing like this? Personally, I think our coaching system is dire. Every time we seem to sell on a player, he goes on to the the best thing since sliced bread, and we lose out on what could have been a fantastic player. Example? Look at Aaron Mclean. Now banging in goals at Peterborough, a football league club. Why couldn't we get the best out of him. Yup, back to my first point, poor coaching. I don't know if we have anyone under Martin Kuhl as seperate areas of coaching, but if they do, they are doing a poor job.

Now, I hate to have sounded a-la-freeman, but my above post is all true. No-one can really disagree with any of it, if they have a decent head on their shoulders.

Lose to Chelmsford on Tuesday, and Brown should go. Simple as that.

I agree and your saying chelmsford and basingstoke will be tough games but realy they should be easy were a conference team and we have to keep reminding ourselfs of this with previous peformances I do not feel Brown should go if we loose chelmsford give it to christmas like it was said last discussion but your right about training coaches ect. We have lost players like challinor= playing just as good and better now antwi= scoring and getting a lot of match time for wycomb mclean=scoring in the football league (great goal for those of you that saw it and FATBOY I wouldnt say banging in goals he has got 1? ) it's just a shame realy because we have the team (finally!) and are not using it!

yeah im pissed off too keep this up and well be out the cup on tuesday night and dreams off a game with reading will be finished if we lose to chelmsford on tuesday i reckon brown will be out of a job and what makes me more angry is that performance against oxford was quality and was probably the best oxford have seen since league 2 we have a football league side why are we still in the conference and in 10TH!!!!! he needs a major clearout i thik the team needs a long good look at itself we havent been consistent enough since we beat Grays and that was in SEPTEMBER!!!!! and also we had all the results go are way today and i dont know if anyone has noticed but were 10points off the bottom keep this up and well be down there with crawley, rushden, st albans and southport etc.
